These include L- Oreal Paris, Maybelline New York and Garnier distributed through the mass market or general trade channel.  You will demonstrate a strong business acument and ability to multi-task under pressure. You are someone who can balance strategic and operational responsibilities with ease. This would involve in:  - developing sales strategy for assigned geography and driving sales volume, growth and distribution in line with business objectives  - bringing market intelligence and development  - managing and motivating channel partners  - driving people and performance management  - planning, reviewing and reporting  - budgeting and control measures  You come with at least 2-4 years of work experience post MBA and have studied sales and marketing.
