Job Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

1. Manage end to end search assignment aligned to client's business & people strategy

2. Ensuring strong client engagement and building rapport with senior and C-level executives within the client to establish strong, long-term business relationships built on trust and confidence.

3. Represent LongHouse as domain expert to clients and candidates, adding value through the industry knowledge and experience.

4. Display out of box thinking and decision making skills to analyze the market, execute on plans and interface with client organizations.

5. Provide career coaching to help Executive leaders find their next role and offer expert advice to clients on topics such as market conditions, trends and salary levels.

Good to have candidate Requirements:

1. Experience of working in Executive search firms in delivery or research roles.

2. Strong ability to influence, manage and work collaboratively across business lines.

3. Excellent manager of time and resources, strong organizational skills.

4. Strong external orientation with a track record of identifying emerging trends and being able to capitalize on the business opportunities

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Start-up/ entrepreneurial mindset.
