LOGIC ROOTS is building personlized math training products for each child through gamification. We have a globally unique portfolio of 16 original math board games that have won many awards and rave reviews from parents and teachers alike. GROWTH HACKER plays a central role in our multi-country business for math board game and reports directly to the CEO.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Manage and grow existing online channel sales : We are selling in 4 countries (US, UK, India, Canada) via online partners e.g. Amazon. As a Growth Hacker, you will take initiatives to grow sales in existing channels e.g. optimise ad spend (Data Analysis), customise product listing for each market (on page SEO) and diver more traffic to these pages (off-page blogger networks)

Build new partnerships for growth : Identify more countries where we can launch our products profitably, find newer resellers in existing markets, reach out to established distributors or identify completely new channels for sales

Grow customer communication: Developing stronger relationships with existing customers and partners is a key part of building a strong brand. You will identify and launch new initiatives to e.g. email program, influencer outreach, testimonials, use case videos etc

KEY ATTRIBUTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

- You need to know how to hustle and not take no for answer.

- You need to be good with numbers and an optimisation maniac as that is vital to scale.

- It will be a plus if you have a good english, excel skills and aware with technology
