Responsibilities:  - Lead all procurement related to marketing services and material categories for the company. The overall annual spend is approx. Rs. 400 Crores per annum and growing at a 15% - 20% CAGR.  - Blueprint the Procurement Strategy and clear vision of where it will be in 2-3 years, using analytical tools e.g. spend analysis, TCO, clean sheet costing, forecasting etc.   - Develop the vendor base for the categories (both in India and Internationally) and ensure sufficient vendor capacity creation to meet future requirements  - Monitor and track timely delivery of Services & Materials and ensure that quality objectives are taken   into account by other departments and by suppliers   - Drive initiatives on external benchmarking of best practices in procurement, setting up of   market intelligence process, consolidation of ordering, standardization of Contracts along with maximization of Rate carding   - Put in place vendor capacity management processes to optimise Vendor's capacity across projects  - Provide inputs for Vendor Performance Appraisal   - Drive IT and system improvement projects  - Develop and Mentor associates in your package with a clear succession plan   Location: HO, Mumbai   Profile expectations:   - MBA from a Tier-1 B School with Engineering / Commerce background  - Prior experience of at least 15 years in Procurement - should have a deep understanding of Indirects supply market structure, demand supply dynamics, and supplier economics.   - Experience of having set up structure, systems and processes in Procurement areas & experience of having worked in a services oriented industry (e.g. hospitality / facilities management company)  - Should be IT savvy and have experience in advanced analytical tools (e.g. various kinds of spend analytics), and should be able to drive these analytics independently.  - External orientation with extensive contacts in the supply industry, particularly in the MMR region  - Highly responsive with willingness and ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders and engage them positively
