Operational:
- Ensure the roll-out of marketing plans for the brand across media, including mass media and below-the-line interventions.
- Support the Brand Manager in the conceptualization and creation of sourcing and promotional material at a below-the-line level.
- Engage with vendors for quality materials at the best prices and on-time deliveries.
Market Complexity:
- Quick turnarounds and real-time response to market conditions are key requirements of this role. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, market driven environment is critical.
Cross-functional engagement:
- Working across functional boundaries to deliver on brand requirements and ensure brand level support to critical functions
Purpose of Role:
- This role will require strong execution skills, and the ability to get things done on the ground, across a wide variety of media and consumer touch points, including at site.
- Ensuring the translation of brand strategy into consumer facing delivery will be a key of this role.
- The ability to navigate across key stakeholders within the organization, as well as working seamlessly with agencies and vendors, will be necessary for success and traction.
- As a future champion of a brand, you will also support the brand manager on the development of the marketing strategy and its implementation, for your set of brands.

- Ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing strategy on the ground across various media, consumer touch points and geographies
- Supporting the brand manager in the development of the marketing strategy
- Ensuring cost effective and quality deployment of all marketing material across consumer touch points and geographies
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- MBAs from reputed management schools currently working with FMCG, consumer durables, automobiles or other consumer facing businesses.
- Candidates should have had hands-on experience on marketing launches and large activations, and proven marketing strategy execution capabilities.
