Manager/ AGM - Consumer Insights  Job Description :  Consumer Insights is all about understanding the consumer behavior with respect to various (Luxury/Aspirational/Affordable) Real Estate segments. It is about creating an environment of research with in the marketing department when it comes to taking key decisions.  It requires incumbent to set up systems and processes to collect / assimilate / analyze and disseminate Consumer insights on a periodic basis to the senior management (insights pertaining to Buying cycle, decision factors, preferences, price perceptions, timing, other hindrances etc) for various categories/Projects.  The incumbent would be required to provide consumer insights that could influence key marketing decisions such as advertising messaging, choosing the media, formulating sales pitch and even recommendations pertaining to events/promotional activities.  Conducting and publishing periodic studies such as Brand health studies, customer satisfaction studies would also be under the preview of Consumer Insights.  Functional Mandate :   - To set up research networks with agencies  - To assimilate best research practices into our processes  - To Plan, conduct and publish various research assignments  - To set up a technology  KRA / Success Measures :   - Quality of Reports/Insights  - Quality of recommendations to business problems  - How early in the lifecycle can him/her give critical critical consumer insights that influence decision making
