Responsibilities:

- Managing sales for a real estate portfolio worth INR 100 billion comprising of super-luxury residences in South Mumbai (World's Tallest Residential Tower)

- Driving a team of highly motivated & experienced sales managers from varied backgrounds to deliver targeted topline and profitability

- Co-coordinating with top management & head of execution & marketing departments for delivery of requirements that drive sales

- Projection & maintenance of a luxury real estate brand attitude & delivering positive customer experience

- Targeting traditional & new sales channels

- Strategically balance sales based on the portfolio’s top-line/bottom-line/volume requirements & internal as well as external economic conditions

- Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure

Required Qualification:

- MBA or PGDBM from top tier B-schools

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in front-line roles – ideally 2000-2002 batch of IIMs

- Consulting/investment banking/wealth management/client services/FMCG background preferred

- Well-versed in current affairs with keen interest in lifestyle products & services

- Strong inter-personal skills

- High on innovation, enthusiasm & result-orientation
