- Central Coordination and Customer Management  - Manage and coordinate with internal Lodha departments for all Lodha Hospitality issues  - Resolve inter-departmental issues related to handover and site operations  - Coordinate with Central Purchase, Vendors and on site teams for requirements and issue resolution  - Implement learning from past projects to improve Lodha Hospitality processes   - Ensure that customer problems and complaints are handled urgently and accordingly to policies  - Manage vendor performance and ensure that SLAs are adhered to Commercial   - Coordinate with Design and MEP teams to prepare Common Area Maintenance (CAM) budgets for luxury/hi-end project  - Prepare timely MIS of CAM (spend vs collection) for senior management  - Manage the CAM accounts for projects and coordinate with central Accounting Team for reconciliation/ handover  - Prepare and manage departmental budgets for sales galleries and clubhouses  - Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for reduction  - Point of escalation with Accounts for billing support and payments  - Prepare case for special sanctions in mid-year as and when required in case of new requirements   - New vendor identification, emplacement and development  Manage Hospitality Alliance Partners (Six Senses) :  - Coordinate with internal departments and provide support to alliance partners during design and operations   - Review and monitor Lodha P&L for areas which are managed by alliance partners e.g. Clubhouses, restaurants, etc.  - Analyse and suggest changes to operations that can reduce cost and improve the bottom line  - Department and Company Contribution  - Create/update department policies and processes as required, in consultation with senior management  - Provide inputs to Design teams during the detailed design of back of house areas required by the operational teams  - Contribute towards hiring of new associates for hospitality department  The person :   - Strong intellectual horsepower with a practical sense of what works in an organizational setting.   - High motivation levels with a can do-attitude.   - Self starter looking for an exciting and transformational work environment.   - Strong communication skills.   - Strong attention to details   - Interest in real estate sector required; prior experience in the sector not mandatory.   Education and Industry exposure :   - MBA from a reputed institution (Top 20 schools worldwide + top Indian schools (IIMs/ ISB).  - Part of a Business Strategy group in a leading corporation OR   - Extensive functional expertise with a leading corporate.   - Ability to deal with various stake holders.
