Job Duties and Responsibilities  - Partners with departments to drive process improvements; identifies root causes to issues and recommends concrete solutions that increase organization capability.  - Diagnoses large scale organization effectiveness issues and consults with HODs to influence change.  - Designs and implements comprehensive action plans to improve critical organizational performance in order to enhance timeliness, quality and effectiveness  - Develops change management initiatives designed to build culture of performance and innovation  - Collaborate with business to define needs around organization strategy and structure, job design, role clarity, resourcing, process, and efficiency  - Develop effective solutions by applying organizational systems thinking to create and influence OD recommendations.  - Research external OD trends and innovations, remaining current with new developments and technologies.. Build the capability of others including functional managers and HR partners in the these areas.  - Support the OD and OT Head in various initiatives such as Talent Management, Competency framework, Leadership development framework, Talent Review development plans etc.  - Identify organizational development gaps and act as an influential partner in developing solutions.  - Provide individual and team effectiveness coaching and development on an as-needed basis.  Competencies   - Maturity and strong interpersonal & stakeholder management skills  - Strong ability to diagnose the performance of an organization and identify solutions to business issues.  - Ability to think systematically.  - Sufficient knowledge of the business  - Proactive with a strong sense of urgency to drive results  - Skilled in change management  - Skilled in Talent Management processes  - Excellent group process facilitation skills  - Knowledge of survey/assessment design  - Proficiency in analyzing data to gain insight into business performance.  - Excellent presentation and communication skills.  - Comfortable in an influence role to bring about improvement and change.
