Responsibilities:

- Conduct Design and Liveability Audits pre-handover and produce gap-analysis reports

- Develop and maintain a detailed project closeout schedule which includes administrative tasks and all dependencies impacting the project. Responsible to take inputs from the Construction Management team to track and update the schedule.

- Attend periodic project coordination meetings at site

- Ensure coordination of the interfaces of Design, Procurement, Construction Management, Facilities Management, and Customer Care department.

- Prepare and Compile Summary Documents and MIS Reports for Sr. Management

- Experienced in Construction Project Planning and Coordination

- Previous experience in handover or close-out of Real Estate projects

- Exposure to Facilities Management Services

- Proficient in MS Project 2003 / MS Office Suite

- Ability to adapt to dynamic business environment and come up with proven or innovative solutions to cater to business needs

- Great inter-personal skills and ability to work with people from different backgrounds

- Prior experience with a Real Estate developer and/or International Property Consultant (IPC) would be added advantage.

- Experienced in Construction Project Planning and Coordination

- Previous experience in handover or close-out of Real Estate projects

- Exposure to Facilities Management Services

- Proficient in MS Project 2003 / MS Office Suite

- Ability to adapt to dynamic business environment and come up with proven or innovative solutions to cater to business needs

- Great inter-personal skills and ability to work with people from different backgrounds

- Prior experience with a Real Estate developer and/or International Property Consultant (IPC) would be added advantage

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design

- Masters Degree in Construction Management would be added advantage
