We're looking for sharp, entrepreneurial people with extremely high learn ability and ambition to grow.  It doesn't matter if you have the relevant experience or not, or in case you have failed in your last attempt.  As long as you have the desire and fire to create value and leave a mark, and can think of solutions on the go that makes you interesting enough for us to know you better.   In case you believe you can overcome the below and have it in you to prove yourself, we would like to meet you and hear your story.  - At some point you will feel like the king of the world and Equally you will also feel like an utter failure  - You will work harder than you ever have and You will still be behind schedule  - Your friends will be sick of hearing about Lockated, You will ignore them and keep talking about it  - At the end of the day you will be proud of what you have achieved and You will have changed the world  While working like an entrepreneur you cannot be bound within the Scope of Roles & Responsibilities however for the sake of formalities, here's what you will be doing in the office:  Co Founder - Marketing  - To create a 'Corporate' marketing strategy and implementation plan, working with various team in identifying future opportunities for brand enhancement  - To deliver marketing campaigns for all business areas in partnership with respective Channel Sales Head and ensure relevant coordination across the Lockated family in line with Corporate Plan.  - Management of the marketing budget including seeking opportunities for increased external support  - To work with colleagues to develop marketing collateral, including for recruitment and tendering opportunities and brand(s) awareness.  - To take responsibility for external PR & Marketing events and maximizing opportunities for communications activity  - To monitor member and partner satisfaction through market research and feedback and identify actions and campaigns to enhance wherever possible  - To act as the custodian for the Corporate Brand(s).  - To represent the Lockated brand as appropriate and ensure the brand visibility is spread in the market place properly.  - Plan effectively the Digital Media/Ecommerce Marketing plans.  - Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms like (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)  - To develop corporate messages and disseminate proactively  - To be responsible for managing corporate social media accounts  - Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.  - Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media.  - Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.  - Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.  - Manage media inquiries and interview requests.  - Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media  - To Manage a Digital Marketing Budget and ensure maximum ROI  - Lead Generation through Online & Offline Medium and Conversion to Sales  - Responsible for the Revenue Function and Managing a P&L  - Experience in Handling Online & Offline BTL Marketing Activities in the past.  We are seeking like minded professionals between 3-5 yrs from premier Institutes with a background in Marketing. Prior experience in a start up environment or a relevant industry is a must.  Salary offered: 5 - 6 LPA
