If you value autonomy, enjoy challenges, belief in getting things done and can work with minimal supervision, come join us Job Location: Bellandur, Bangalore Reporting to: Head of Finance Roles and responsibilities - Review of Accounting Entries - Develop Accounting policies and align/realign CoA with evolving business needs - Prepare financials on a periodic basis and highlight the key risk areas - Coordinate for Statutory Audit and Due Diligence activities - End to end coordination for IFC implementation across the company - Develop overall plan &amp; steer - Develop &amp; Implement processes (wherever missing) - Define &amp; Establish controls (wherever missing) Internal Audit - Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans - Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations- effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations - Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process - Identify gaps and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings - Specific investigations, risk management, risk advisory Required qualifications: Education: Minimum: Chartered accountant Experience: 4-7 years of experience in General Ledger &amp; Internal Audit
