As a Head of Partnership &amp; Strategic Alliances, you will be responsible for: - Help build a diverse and lucrative Strategic Alliances portfolio of new alliance partners by: a) Targeting new potential partners in accordance with the business development strategy b) Partnering with internal teams to develop holistic solutions for potential partnerships c) Pursuing targets through deal development and contract signing - Understand broad sponsorship, partnership, and overall brand market trends - Provide superior strategic account management driven by robust account planning - Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and strategies employed to ensure effective coordination across the portfolio of alliances - Define metrics/measurement for monitoring the performance &amp; the effectiveness of the existing alliances - Identify &amp; develop new business opportunities that provide: a) The best potential for future business growth b) Appreciable returns on financial investments based on market &amp; competitive intelligence and analysis - Support of strategically significant organizational initiatives including cross-selling of key organization products and solutions to deepen relationships - Define &amp; oversee processes to assess new opportunities to strike new partnerships in line with the business growth objectives Desired Candidates: - 8+ years of working experience - Deep knowledge of partnerships and alliances - Prior experience in managing &amp; driving performance of partner relationships &amp; strategic alliances - Project management skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business/Finance/Marketing - MBA strongly preferred - Proven ability to identify a root business issue and influence Leadership to a mutually beneficial outcome - Proven ability to function successfully within a team environment and to build consensus across lines of business and Alliance partners - Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time - Ability to ensure successful task completion and influence without direct authority to achieve necessary goals - A self-motivated individual capable of managing work with little direct supervision
