Job Description:

Take up the task of efficiently increasing the growing brand awareness of Livspace in Delhi-NCR & own business development in Delhi-NCR.

Understand consumer behaviour and devise local marketing strategies for the company to generate leads, improve conversion rate & referrals.

Conceptualise ideas for running multi channel integrated marketing campaigns and design metrics to monitor and review the success of these activities.

Extensively work with marketing agencies and own & execute marketing campaigns and events.

Will be responsible for budgeting, resource & finance allocation and achieving the metrics decided for each marketing activity & campaign.

Manage internal branding & photoshoots for Livspace homes portfolio

Develop & manage strategic partnerships with relevant companies & local businesses and lead co-marketing activities.

Develop & manage builder/real estate agent network & partnerships.

Develop, own and execute referral marketing programs across segments in the city through various channels.

Work with the other internal teams of Livspace such as category, operations, content, digital, tech etc. and ensure smooth execution of plans and centrally enable team members to effectively and efficiently function & yield desired results.

Skills & Requirements:

Strategic, creative, proactive, problem identifier and solver.

Must be able to produce fresh marketing concepts & ideas.

Should be having an entrepreneurial bent of mind, must be ready to go hands on when needed.

Good at networking, negotiating and developing partnerships.

Hands-on sales or business development experience is preferred but not necessary.

Previous experience in running marketing campaigns & knowledge about marketing agencies would be preferred.

Knowledge about real estate industry is a plus, but not necessary.

3 - 4 years of work experience.

Good knowledge about Delhi-NCR.
