1. Litigation Management

2. Arbitration and Team Management

3. Advisory role to the management on need basis, advised on various legislation

4. Strategizing, initiating and defending litigation by and against the Company

5. Pre-litigation and out of Court settlement

6. Handling high value and complex litigation individually

7. interface & coordination with Counsel

8. Assessment of legal Risk and reporting

9. Effective coordination and communication with the senior management of the company regarding various legal matters
