So, now we are looking for energetic, self-motivated and passionate people who can join us quick and get the magic started  Expectations:  - Good in Technical hiring in JAVA Screening, QE, C++ & C.  - A successful track record of performing against quotas, deadlines, and meeting recruiting goalswith 2 to 5 years of experiencein core Technical Recruitment   - You will be expected to work at LimeTray Office, East of Kailash, Delhi  Responsibilities :  - Serve as a leader to develop, drive and execute PAN India recruiting strategies for LimeTray based on competitive research and industry knowledge   - Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches by understanding the skills and background required, the impact of the role, and what constitutes an ideal fit.  - Have a solid understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills to actively and creatively network and evaluate the competence of candidates against a technical job description   - Proactively seek out hiring managers and candidates with superior follow through skills to enhance their respective experiences and relationships.  - Experience and comfortable with full lifecycle recruiting   - Source, build and maintain candidate pipelines to yield high quality candidates for short and long term hiring needs  - Effectively manage communications with candidates, post process feedback, salary negotiations and final closures within dedicated timelines   - Expertise in effective candidate search on job portals, internal databases as well as other more traditional techniques and an ability to leverage social networking sites, personal contacts as well as existing employees` network to reach out to passive candidates   - Monitor and analyze Candidate data to recommend best course of actions to recruit, assess, select, and hire   - Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company  Qualifications:  MBA in HR would be preferred but strong past experience is more valuable to us   Skills and Competence:  - Process oriented and ability to recommend process design in the development a robust recruiting process  - Ability to think on feet and develop innovating recruiting techniques to meet hiring managers' needs  - Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Relationship management  - Excellent verbal and written communication  - Strong organizational skills  - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload  - Huge focus on Hustle Factor: People who can ensure seamless delivery for positions assigned  Desired Skills:  Startup experience along with the ability to scale with a fast growing company  What we offer:  - Competitive Compensation package  - Challenging career path with huge growth opportunities for high performers  - A workplace where you can create a huge impact
