We are a product-startup helping restaurants market, engage and sell to more customers online and building some interesting tools to help merchants engage better with local audiences.   6 out of 10 restaurants shut down in less than an year of starting up & this is not because they serve bad food or are expensive but because they fail to reach out to enough customers to cover costs.  LimeTray makes it easier for restaurants to tap the customer base that now lives online.  We are looking for seasoned technical recruiters to ramp up our Tech and Product verticals, who form the core of our fun workplace! Our Recruiters work in a fast-paced, challenging organization. Each plays an important role in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships - often providing candidates with their first impression of LimeTray.   The ideal person will be able to work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.   Prior experience in tech and product hiring across languages and platforms is imperative.   Core Responsibilities:  - Partner with business to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage hiring managers' expectations   - Manage end to end recruitment cycle : Obtaining job openings, sourcing candidates, prescreening, feedback, negotiations, closing hires within an appropriate and consistent timelines  - Experience searching for candidates on job boards, cold calling, social networking, consultancies/vendors and internal databases   - Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the organization  - Strong communication, interpersonal, learning and organizing skills matched with the ability to manage stress, time and people effectively. Keen sense of ownership and responsibility is critical.   - Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on relationship management  - A successful track record of delivering within tight deadlines, and meeting monthly/quarterly hiring goals  - Start-up experience preferable  - Huge focus on 'Hustle' - a key driving force at LimeTray!
