We need storytellers who can talk about the story of our products. Each product marketing manager acts as the chief advocate and primary business driver for LimeTray's products. As a product marketing manager, you will be crafting the strategy around the messaging and positioning for our products.   You will be expected to develop deep customer and market knowledge & drive product adoption across multiple markets by working closely with the sales function in each geography.  Responsibilities :  Product lifecycle management :  - Build a deep knowledge of our market, customers and competitors and guide product roadmap/strategy. Develop product positioning that differentiates the products in the market.  - Product-based Campaigns: Develop the core positioning for the product. Coordinate with regional sales and marketing teams to develop new and existing product campaigns   - Product Launch - Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan   - Align with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product Development, Sales) to ensure smooth launch of product campaigns   - Take ownership to ensure implementation (e.g. Product Benefits, Training for Sales, etc.) and monitoring of launch plans, including activities for Sales, Marketing, Product Development, etc.  - Training and Upskilling : Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documents, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts etc.) to articulate the benefits of our products to the consumers  - Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of products  - Provide actionable recommendations to the Account Management team to maximize efficiency and monthly generated signups quality  - Product Care and phase-out: Implement regional-level product portfolio management capabilities to drive processes such as re-launch, re-positioning, phase-in/phase out, data management etc.   - Product idea to realization: Institute a systematic process to collect and evaluate product requirements and feedback from the market  Desired Competencies and Experience :   - Past experience in product marketing, product management or digital marketing preferred   - Ability to strategize and create content relevant to a specific audience  - Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act effectively with high-level direction. Creative, frugal and outcome focused approach to work  - Ability to work with multiple teams spread across multiple geographies. There will be constant interaction with people inside and outside the organization.   - Excellent written skills and presentation skills   - Willingness to spend about 25% of the time on the road meeting teams, prospects and industry peers
