Plan & execute customer engagement programs for Lifestyle stores and lifestylestores.com with a 360- omnichannel approach Primary responsibilities : Strategic initiatives : 1. Identify opportunities by analyzing data to increase sales profitably, prescribe the actions to take and track those actions by financial impact 2. Drive Digital collaboration initiatives that will enhance customer experience, loyalty and generate customer enthusiasm for new products thus amplifying sales and market share 3. Analytics 4. Engage with new and emerging cutting edge retail technology companies Customer engagement : 1. Plan and initiate marketing strategies within budgets to increase the share of wallet 2. Manage the CRM campaign calendar end to end in coordination with the partnering agency 3. Drive omnichannel shopping with special focus on increasing loyalty customer visits to lifestylestores.com 4. Build a strong consumer engagement plan to increase frequency of customer visits and spend 5. Manage targeted Email, SMS, Facebook and couponing marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization. 6. Coordinate between the Category, brand, creative and campaign teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns 7. Create timely and engaging content, optimized for platform used and intended audience to ensure 360- message consistency across channels, including SMS, Email, Social media & instore recommendations amongst others Business engagement : 1. Leverage data analytics to maximize store footfalls and conversion 2. Draw analytical insights for offline and online customer behaviour & recommend strategies to maximise omnichannel customer lifetime value across all touchpoints 3. Derive actionable insights and drive change programs impacting product, price and promotion 4. Aid retail operations through qualitative and quantitative consumer research (customer interviews, data analytics) 5. Partner with business teams and analytics agencies to understand key triggers to drive repeat purchases in various categories 6. Create reporting dashboards and oversee marketing campaign performance reporting to the business teams 7. Partner with IT team to implement new CRM features to constantly improve customer experience
