Position Objective :

Landmark group is one of the largest and fastest growing retail organization in Middle East, Africa, Asia and Indian Subcontinent. The group operates over 2,000 outlets across 55 own and franchise brands in the area of Retail, hospitality and malls. As the Business Analyst in Analytics Centre of Excellence, you will design, develop and execute data driven solutions for one of the key Landmark brands across variety of dimensions for Human Capital (Ex. Employee Engagement, Workforce planning, Predictive recruitment and attrition, Staffing and talent management etc.) to support effective decision making, improving employee productivity and overall revenue growth. You will be also working with the Head of analytics and Head of HR of Splash to identify key issues and strategic growth areas and enhance quality of decisions through analytics

Responsibilities :

- Provide analytical support to the Head of HR of Splash in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.

- Identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.

- Utilize technology and analytical tools to gather, streamline and analyze other cross-functional data as needed.

- Create, maintain, and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.

- Serve as the domain expert for human capital analytics.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.

- Work as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function.

- Deliver reporting solutions - Provide expert level consulting and management of expert level consultants to identify and support HR and business reporting and data needs, initiate and prioritize reporting tool enhancement, and prepare report and reporting solution specifications.

- Responsible for the design and implementation of self-services reporting tools and data management that reflects the complexity of multiple separate and unique networks, inconsistent business unit platforms, and the complexity of global company

- Responsible for the design and maintenance of HR analytics

- Summarize written findings, publicize results, and participate and share with senior leadership as appropriate.

- Lead the interpretation of human data in order to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data, as well as factors that could affect the results of research. Use appropriate visualisation tools to report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.

- Develop predictive models for attrition, high performance and staffing / recruiting demand

- Develop, own and optimize existing HR reports (e.g. HR Scorecard, HR Functional Dashboard, etc.) to drive meaningful business results

- Develop and maintain appropriate benchmarks with other organizations.

Qualification & Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any quantitative discipline. Candidates from Economics, Statistics or Operations Research background from reputable institutions will be preferred

- Expertise in analytical tools such as SAS/SQL, R, Python, etc

- Expertise in analytical techniques such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Cluster analysis, Market Basket analysis, CART, CHAID, Linear Optimization etc.

- Experience in visualization tools such as Qlikview, Tableau will be added advantage.

- Strong MS office skills and data visualization competence

- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment

- Strong Drive and passion to deliver business impact through retail analytics

- Open to Travel (up to 40%) on need basis

Experience :

- 4-6 years of analytics experience in Human Capital covering at least 2 of the below mentioned areas :

- Recruitment analytics

- Attrition analytics

- Employee Engagement

- Workforce planning and Staffing

- Human capital metrics development and reporting

- Proven experience in delivering analytical solutions within mid to large size project teams

- Experience of working with senior management and providing analytics support for business decisions

- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into meaningful business actions

- Experience in implementing analytical solutions and delivering business value
