- We are working with aspiring small and medium enterprises helping them transform their business.
- Business transformation includes making their end to end business operations scalable and profitable.
- Small and Medium Organisations are seriously looking at Consultants who can not only suggest strategic and tactical aspects of business, help bring in operational excellence, but also help create a sustainable and performance driving organisation.
As a Senior Consultant you would be required to :
- Interact with the directors and entrepreneurs of aspiring small and medium enterprises to assess their aspirations
- Help them create a strategy road-map
- Facilitate deployment of action plans across business functions to help them bring scalability, profitability and operational & people excellence
- Interact on regular basis with Directors and Partners of Life Skills to devise strategies and deploy at client location.
- Be involved in second level business development process as delivery expert
