Liases Foras - Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA (3-7 yrs)
Basic Qualifications:
- Should have 3+ years of experience post qualification as Chartered Accountant
- Possess knowledge of Companies Act, accounting standards and taxation
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
The candidate would be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering a robust MIS reporting to the management on regular basis
- Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities of Accounting Function
- Manage recoverable and billing to clients.
- Developing and monitoring reliable internal control systems
- Ensure all regulatory and statutory compliance are met on time with governmental regulations and corporate laws governing business operations
- Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts & reconciliation statements, Monthly expenditure analysis & preparation of Annual Reports.
- Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect tax returns, TDS, Income Tax & other statutory payments.
