Basic Qualifications Post graduation,PG in Business Management,MBA in Marketing

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Will be responsible to provide strategic leadership to the teams to generate growth and meet business revenue targets

Heading Liases foras Strategic Consulting division to help execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance, and business revenue enhancement

Major Focus on revenue generation by providing strategic consulting with respect to Project Valuation, Best Use Studies, Feasibility Study, Real Estate Investment Advisory, Government Advisory, Redevelopment Planning, Land Use Planning, Master Planning, City Development Planning

Responsible of the P&L of Strategic Consulting Unit of Liases foras PAN India.

Work with client businesses throughout the project lifecycle by leveraging business performance improvement approaches & frameworks and helping to ensure timely execution of project deliverables

Assist to deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies

Ensure all negotiations and finalising of commercial terms on key deals are handled effectively

Effectively manage the budget for the division

Report to the Board on progress, plans and performance

Ensuring the timely execution and delivery to clients with regards to after sales services.

Assisting in developing new products for banking / housing finance/ regulators

Perform project management activities including: development and management of work plans, project schedule and budgets, financial analysis and feasibility studies.

Ability to participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, business development and project management skills
