Experience Required 13 to 20 years
Basic Qualifications Post graduate / CA / MBA with good exposure to Business Development in the Banking Sector, proven experience in Technical Valuations and Monitoring.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Will be responsible to provide strategic leadership to the teams to generate growth and meet business revenue targets
Develop, identify and execute strategies for lead generation and new business development
Responsible for P&L of entire Banking business, which includes Real Estate Intelligence and Valuation & Construction Monitoring.
Focus on selling risk & financial product, technical and data solutions and other real estate services that Liases Forus has to offer across industries with major focus on Banks and Fund houses.
Enpanelment with various Banks and Fund Houses and other entrerprise industries that would require real estate solutions.
Ensure all negotiations and finalising of commercial terms on key deals are handled effectively
Effectively manage the budget for the division
Regularly analyse operational efficiency to monitor and reduce costs
Regularly report to the Board on progress, plans and performance
Assisting in developing new products for banking / housing finance/ regulators
