LLB is a mandate requirement for this job  Position Title : Client Trainer - South  Organization : Lexis Nexis Iindia  Corporate Title : Client Trainer - South  Purpose of the Role :   - The Client Training team comprise of our most experienced, effective and engaging professionals who have demonstrated expertise in providing training to all our LexisNexis Online Product's customer base in India. The Client Trainer - South would be responsible to manage all training requirements of 130+ accounts based in Southern India in 2016 & further to be added in the year.   - The trainers in depth product knowledge would translate into great support to the Online Sales team for providing presales demonstrations to the prospects in the field of Legal, IP(Intellectual Property) & business domain.It is important to have a local support in south to manage the growing needs of clients based in south.  Duties and Responsibilities :  Core Accountabilities :   Training & Engaging with new as well as existing Client Base :  - Delivering product Trainings to new clients as well as engaging with existing clients on regular basis in the Legal, Government & Academic space.  - Conducting training need analysis on regular basis, designing & delivering customized training sessions based on the same  Presales Demonstrations :  - Conducting pre sales demonstrations for high value deals & thereby provide presales support to sales team during the trial period  Client Query handling :  - Resolving all incoming customer queries relating to products, Updates, Training as well maintaining the customer communications   Collaboration :  - Collaborating & communicating with AMs as well as customer service team regularly as to the customers- needs  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED ONLY FOR JOB EVALUATION/SLOTTING PURPOSES :  Challenges and Decision Making Authority :  Describe the major challenges or most difficult types of problems this position is expected to handle to perform this job. Give example(s).  - Multitasking - being able to manage multiple tasks at any given time   - Developing constructive internal working relationships with Sales(AMs)  - Analyse usage patterns of the accounts in the portfolio & identify training requirements for them.  - Developing constructive internal working relationships with AMs  Autonomy :  Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge :  Education: Specialized/ Technical :  - MBA or degree/diploma in law would be an added advantage.  - Prior experience in online industry preferred  - Strong communication & presentation skills  Experience :  - Min. 3 years of experience preferably in KPO, LPO, market research or research based organization or Min. 3 years of experience in Training (Both Internal & External Customers)  - Experience in providing trainings as well as presentations to corporate clients in a classroom environment or one to one basis & familiar with web based training functionalities.  - Highly developed computer skills including Word, Excel, Database etc  Competencies :  - Ability to give trainings/presentations to corporate clients (In a classroom environment or one to one basis or even web bases sessions).   - Comfortable with data analysis, reporting and MIS   - Ability to self-manage and solve problems   - Customer focused   - Ability to work individually and as a part of a team   - Adaptability & Flexibility   - Resilience & Tenacity   - Learning Ability and an ability to quickly grasp the business process   - Pro-active with a sense of urgency   - Time management/ Ability to multi-task   - Planning & organising, especially with keeping abreast of all information required to function   Other Information :  - Client training is an important department which delivers the value preposition of the Online Business to the prospective as well as existing customers of LexisNexis thereby deriving client satisfaction which translates into client retention in the respective zones.
