HR Manager should be able create/develop new policies, strategies or improve existing policies as per top managements requirement.  Ensuring effective manpower planning and providing right person for the right job on time in coordination.  Maintain healthy Employee Relations for smooth functioning of the company to achieve organizational goals  Ensure timely and fair performance reviews & appraisals for all employees annually, including confirmations as and when required.  Responsible for HR budget preparation and monitoring  Ensure recruitment within stipulated budget / sanction / timeliness  Plan and implement Employee Welfare & Engagement activities.  Design and implement employee retention plans.   Ensure and implement proper disciplinary procedure in the company for smooth running of the work, towards achieving Productivity and Quality.  Conduct motivational activities among the employees to help them improving performance.  Design & conduct training program to meet individual & company needs to achieve objectives  Essentials  Min 5+ Years of domain experience  Should have prior experience in implementing new initiatives to engage and retain employees  Should be able understand and implement the management's decisions, smoothly and successfully  Good Communication skills.  High on Inter Personal Skills to deal with employees  Should be a motivational Leader who is fair and can resolve issues with the right perspective and in a balanced manner.  Result/target oriented and should have a proven track record of the same.  Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
