Post a spectacle order is received, each frame is individually fitted with the respective prescription in company's own in-house state-of-the-art (first in India) manufacturing facility, before it is dispatched. By owning the process end to end, company not only provides 1 year warranty on all products sold but also a significant 50% price benefit over any other optical chain in India.  Lenskart raised its first round of funding of 22 Cr INR from IDG Ventures India (IDGVI) in 2011. when company was selling 30 specs a day online. In 2013, when company was selling nearly 200 specs online per day, Ronnie Screwvala led Unilazer Ventures, along with IDG again, invested around INR 53 crores in the company. Today Lenskart is making nearly 2000 specs a day shipped pan India and has so far shipped over 10 Lac specs across the country. Shall be responsible for managing the complete online product life cycle and google analytics with ownership for devising strategies to increase revenues.  Key Responsibilities:  Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.  Responsible for analysing customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends in relation to e-commerce capabilities.  Collaborate with various teams such as IT, Designing, Marketing, Operations for core product development.  Responsible for innovative feature conceptualization, designing wireframes, documenting PRDs to enhance site usability & profitability.  Responsible for developing customer wireframes and user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services  Analyse all customer requirements and monitor requests and manage all defects in products for all monthly releases.   Responsible for gathering and analysing User Research data to build Product Requirements.  Responsible for developing new UI designs using web technologies.  Person Specifications:  3 to 7 years- experience Product Development experience for a consumer facing website (preferably ecommerce)  Engineering graduate is a must  Strong Analytical skills and experience of web and google analytics in an online product management role  Basic knowledge of coding, javascript, html
