Head of Sales- E-Commerce  Job Description   Job title : Head of Sales- E-Commerce   Job objective :  - Leading sales for Lenovo India across key platforms and marketplaces. Product portfolio includes PCs, Tablets and Accessories.  Position Reports to : Director- eCommerce, Strategy and Analytics   Responsibilities and accountabilities of the position :  Responsibilities of the position :  - Drive Annual TOTs with key platforms  - Plan and execute sales strategy and ensure achievement of topline and margin targets  - Maintain good executive relationships with category teams across platforms  - Work closely with segment and product teams to define the right product strategy for online  - Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities on online and ensure Lenovo's market share goals for online  - Provide leadership to team of Key Account Managers  - Nurture and grow the pool of Lenovo Authorized Online Partners and manage the market-pace model effectively  Key Performance Indicators :  - Sell-out and sell-through units on online  - Margin achievement  - Market share in online for key categories  Other dimensions :  - Revenue:  - Market Share:  - Budget:  - Team size:  - Number of partners:  Business stakeholders :   Internal : Segment Leaders, Product Teams  AP/WW : A.P Online Project Leaders  External : Executives in key platforms  Work experience :  - 10 years of sales + marketing experience with strength in account management. Some exposure to eCommerce is desirable  Key functional/technical competencies :   - Target orientation and ability to drive a weekly operations BMS  - Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgement that is consistent with company   - Must be willing to travel.   - Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills   - Computer experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet)  Key Behavioral competencies :   - It's a start-up role so ability to work in grey and navigate matrix relationships is key  - Planning skills to define the right model of growth in a unpredictable and fast growing space.  - Flexibility and adaptability will be critical
