Customers can apply for a loan using the web or mobile applications at their convenience and receive their sanctioned loans in as less as 1-3 days anywhere in the country.   Reporting Line:- Head of Marketing  Location:- Bangalore  Role Description  As Sr Director - Social Media Marketing you will focus on delivering a world-class customer experience and drive demand generation via paid social media channels, as we rapidly expand and grow our selection of customers from across India. The person who joins us in this position must share our passion and commitment for serving our customers.  - Lead a team of marketing managers & executives to drive social marketing channels  - Drive paid marketing campaigns on social media channels ( Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter) to drive inbound customer leads   - Drive continuous optimization of campaigns via A/B testing of creative, landing pages etc  - Develop, review & execute the organic & engagement strategy for the social media platforms  - Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company's strategic and operational plans   - Work with other channel heads to drive synergy in marketing  Requirements/Qualifications   - Minimum 8 years- of overall experience, with 2+ years of experience in social media marketing  - MBA from Tier-1 Institutions  - Proven expertise in running & scaling social media advertising in internet, eCommerce, consumer or financial services industries  - Experience in running large social media marketing budgets.   - Experience in large and cutting edge internet firms is a big plus  - Strong communication & presentation skills   - Experience of starting or working in a startup is a plus
