Customers can apply for a loan using the web or mobile applications at their convenience and receive their sanctioned loans in as less as 1-3 days anywhere in the country.   Reporting Line: - Head of Marketing  Location: - Bangalore  Role Description  As Sr Director - Brand marketing you will focus on delivering a world-class customer experience and drive demand generation via offline media channels (TV, print, Radio etc) as we rapidly expand and grow our selection of customers from across India. The person who joins us in this position must share our passion and commitment for serving our customers.  - Lead a team of marketing managers & executives to drive offline marketing channels and PR  - Manage the offline marketing budget and maximize the ROI from the offline marketing channels  - Working closely with our PR agency to execute the PR strategy in metros, tier1/2/3/4 as well as rural markets  - Analyze how our brand is positioned in market and come up with strategies to strengthen the Lendingkart brand  - Work with other channel heads to drive synergy in marketing  Requirements/Qualifications   - Minimum 8+ years- of overall experience with at least 4 years in brand management and marketing  - MBA/Engineering from Tier-1 Institutions  - Proven expertise in running & scaling offline advertising in internet, eCommerce, consumer or financial services industries  - Experience in running large offline marketing budgets and PR.   - Experience in large and cutting edge internet firms is a big plus  - Strong communication & presentation skills   - Experience of starting or working in a startup is a plus
