Job Description :

Supporting Health Insurance Legal department by :

- Claims data for adjudicated claims.

- Analyzing historical claims data.

- Analyzing claims data to work for their documents.

- Retrieve, Review and Validate documents as required.

- Working on multiple healthcare applications for the documents support.

- Adhere to all client and company policies without exceptions.

Skills/Experience :

- Expertise in US Health Insurance (Mandatory).

- Experience in US Health Insurance Claim Processing (Preferred).

- Good communication skill for client interaction (Mandatory).

- Good basic mathematics, reasoning, and interpretation skills (Mandatory).

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Mandate).

Candidate Profile :

Education/Qualification : Any graduate/post-graduate

Work Experience : 1 to 3 years (in US health insurance claims processing/Member or Provider Appeals.

Functional Skills: US healthcare, Claims Adjudication, Member or Provider Appeals.

Behavioral/ Leadership Skills : Good English communication, very good logical skills, should be able perform as a team member as well as an individual contributor without much supervision.

Remarks(if any): Shouldn't be pursuing any further education (MBA etc.) at the time of joining.
