Legal - Trustee Company  Principal Accountabilities :   - Vetting, Reviewing & Drafting of legal documents Trusts, Wills, Gift deeds, Settlement deeds, contracts, agreements viz. MOU- s, NDA- s, Service agreements, Loan agreements, Indemnity, Hypothecation, Mortgages, etc.  - Handling working & documentation of taxation & property related matters (Leave and License agreements, MOU, LOI, Sale Deed, etc.)  - Seeking legal opinions and providing clarification on queries on personal, family law, property, company and banking laws along as and when they arise.  - Managing documentation, registration and execution of various legal documents  - Understanding and replying to regulatory including tax department, registration offices, Stamp offices  - Presenting matters and cases to for opinions from other legal firms and  - Drafting legal replies and representing the company for all company related Legal Matters.  - Liasioning with the team members and third parties for the execution of documents  - Minimizing contractual risk on the Company and securing Company's position as far as practicable/negotiable, in case of future disputes.  - Replying to show cause notices, customer complaints received from regulatory authorities.  - Handling Customer queries regarding service rendered to them.  Education & Experience :  - Bachelor's Degree in Law preferably LLM  - Professional certification like C.S., C.A, CFA or Post graduate degree in Management or Accounting or Law is an Added Advantage  - Min 4 years experience in Legal areas (either practicing as an advocate or in corporate sector) should also have relevant experience/ exposure to legal aspects  Specific Knowledge :  - Sound knowledge of Indian legal system and provisions of various applicable acts; specifically personal laws, family laws, property laws Indian Succession laws, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, FEMA.  - Working Knowledge and drafting skills with regard to various legal documents
