Position: Legal Role - Global Bank (7-11 yrs)
Role:
- Provide legal support to certain Investment Banking and Financing Businesses of the Bank
- Draft, negotiate and review highly complex contracts
- Client Management
- Resolve escalated business specific legal issues
- Understand business & regulatory requirements and ensuring functions are being performed in those requirements
- Providing training and guidance to others on the team in relation to work, performance and development
Requirements:
- LLB/LLM with 7-11 yrs of experience in negotiating and drafting financing agreements, derivatives agreements, Securities Lending Agreements etc.
- Should have a good understanding of financial products
- Should have worked in a law firm or a Bank/ Financial Services Firm
Location: Mumbai
