Legal Role - IT Contract Management - LLB/LLM - Investment Bank

Role :

- Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts

- Co-ordinate with business and procurement teams to get the requisite details for the contracts

- Constantly be updated and provide updates on the changes in corporate laws in India

- Respond and provide solutions to legal queries posed by the business teams in relation to the contractual agreements and related terms.

- Management of day to day vendor communication and contract management for assigned categories and/or business units from a legal perspective

- Ensure legal requirements of assigned business units are addressed in a timely manner.

- Diligently track and report tasks and status to the management.

Skills Required :

- Law graduates/Post graduates only

- Experience in managing IT Contracts in BFSI sector preferred - Software and Hardware Procurement Agreements, Proof of Concept, Maintenance Services, Software License Agreements, etc

- Strong interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills

- A self-starter with an ability to operate independently in an aggressive environment

- Ability to manage multiple tasks as well as prioritize time management

- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and an eye for detail, problem solver and ability to work with minimal supervision

- Strong analytical skills

- Prior work experience with leading IT practicing
