Legal Manager - Litigation - LLB/LLM - Manufacturing

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is multi-product, multi location conglomerate with world class products and services encompassing the entire product spectrum of Pharmaceutical, petroleum specialties & Lubricants business.

They are looking for a "Legal - Manager" for their organization to join them as soon as possible. The incumbent will be responsible for Litigation, Recovery, Notices, Property matters and some non-litigation work as well.

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Be LLB / LLM

- Have strong relevant experience in Litigation with some exposure in Non Litigation as well.

- Have at least 6 - 17 years of experience of working in litigation

- Have very good exp in managing litigation matters such as court procedures, Recovery matters, Civil Suits, etc

- Have exp in drafting agreements, contracts, legal notices, written statements, etc

- Have experience in interaction with police officials, government authorities, etc

- Should have good communication and presentation skills.

- Be currently from Mumbai.

Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
