Legal Manager - Litigation - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Minimum Experience: 2- 4 years experience, preferably in insurance industry
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle Motor Third Party (MACT) Cases, Consumer Litigation and other legal matters related to the assigned location/area through a team of empanelled lawyers.
Job Profile:
- To monitor MACT, Consumer and connected litigations for assigned area.
- To manage and administer the day to day proceedings of matters at different tires of litigation.
- To innovate practicable and feasible ways and means to reduce and mitigate the commercial risks involved in the litigations.
- To develop comprehensive and analytical database with respect to the MAC claims.
- Maintaining status report for all the legal matters and co ordination with external counsels.
Education Requirements: Graduate/PG in law
Age Criteria: 25 - 30 Years
