Experience in litigation Management, Writs, Petition.   - Ability to handle the litigations and support legal team on various issues / matters concerning employee/workman claims.  - Strong exposure in contract labour and IR litigation.   - Should have experience in dealing with PF, gratuity and other statutory compliance issues.   - Should have experience in Civil, Criminal Writs matters.  - Experience in strategizing litigation approach before various labour courts, civil/criminal courts, High Courts in India.   - Ability to lead communications and provide update on strategic litigation issues.   - Ability to provide expertise to line partners and other stake holders like Human Resources, Industrial relationship, Operations, Manufacturing, finance and Administration.   - The roles and responsibilities will also include drafting/vetting of pleadings, notices, replies etc.  - Must have good Communication skills since person, will be liasioning with various departments & govt. authorities Industry to look talent from from Corporate & Law firms
