Legal Manager - Healthcare/Pharma

- Drafting of various Domestic & International Agreements.

- Participating in meetings with various foreign and domestic firms / companies to ensuret that the legal aspects required for drafting and finalizing Supply / Distribution and joint collaboration agreements are taken care of.

- Drafting of Deeds, Power of Attorneys, and confidentiality agreement.

- To review all the past agreements and set up systems for timely renewal etc.
