Legal Manager - FMCG (1-7 yrs)
Looking for LLB 2008/09/10/11 batch passouts with International Exposure.
- This role will responsible for handling advisory, review of documentation and litigation related to the Prevention of Food Adulteration and The Food Safety and Standards Act, Legal Metrology Act, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Consumer Protection Act, Competition Act, Labour laws, intellectual property, real estate matters.
- Good knowledge of legal issues impacting the Retail, FMCG industry with good knowledge of legal principles universally applicable to all businesses. Ability to interpret laws impacting FMCG operations.
- Good Knowledge of court procedures, and court craft
- Proficiency in litigation and ability to deal effectively with advocates, law firms to achieve quick legal solutions to business issues and forcefully contest any litigation having corporate ramifications.
- Ability to use the legal framework for enabling businesses in their vision and to proactively assess impact of change in laws.
- String drafting skills
- Ability to deal with crises and search legal solutions and provide the same to business in real quick time.
