Legal Manager - Corporate Law - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Minimum Experience: 2-4 Years of Corporate legal experience
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage the corporate legal support activities
- To undertake legal structuring of transactions and relationships and advise business operations on legal and compliance issues.
Job Profile:
- To review and negotiate terms and conditions and ensure quality checks for the agreement drafts.
- To handle contracts independently and deal with legal compliances.
- Drafting of various processes and standardization of templates.
- Attend proceeding pending with Courts & other courts related matters.
- Giving legal opinions / advices on all legal matters to the Management.
- Maintaining status report for all the legal matters.
- Coordination with external counsels for advisory and related matters.
Education Requirements: Graduate/PG in law
Age Criteria: 25 - 30 Years
