Qualification - Graduate / LLB / MBA

Experience - 20 - 30 years of Land Litigation exp is must. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

Job Profile : -

- Expertise in the Legal Framework of the country with special emphasis on Property Laws, Revenue matters, Labour Laws, Company Law, M&A and other Real Estate related Laws.

- Should have sharp legal acumen.

- Expertise in documentation.

- Extremely good at drafting and conveyance of documents.

- Expertise in Land (both urban & rural) and Property Acquisition and related documentation.

- Exposure to legal aspects of re-developments.

Location - Mumbai

CTC - CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidate

Candidate Profile - Should have strong exposure in all litigation issues, with professional companies and competitive environment.
