Legal Head - LLB - Edible Oils Firm (10-22 yrs)
Providing legal advice and opinions on a host of issues pertaining to day-to-day operations of the company under Direct and indirect Taxation, Regulatory Laws, Corporate Laws, IPRs and various central and state government level policy notifications etc. Brief solicitors and counsel for conducting cases, making appearances before tribunals, quasi judicial authorities, drafting/vetting various types of agreements, petitions, plaints, written statements, legal notices etc.
Qualification
- Full time LLB from a recognized University with additional qualification of CA, CS or CMA
Experience
- Total post - qualification experience of minimum 10 years with at least 5 year of corporate exposure.
- Candidates must have in-depth exposure at work in contracts, intellectual property, civil, Income Tax, Service Tax, Excise, VAT and labour procedures.
- Exposure in handling cases related to FSSAI, Weights & Measures Act is desirable.
- They should also possess requisite skills and ability at legal research and drafting of pleadings and opinions.
