Client is a well known Pvt Bank with a strong pedigree.   Role specs :  - Structure, draft & negotiate variety of contracts related to transaction banking products such as Escrow, Cash Management Services, Net banking, etc.  - Advise the team on legal issues and risks based on RBI guidelines, Bank's policy and relevant laws  - Assist the team in creating and improving agreements and templates for existing products and for new products.  Preferred Candidates :   Should have handled contracts related to Transaction Banking products - cash management, escrow agreements, inward/ outward remittances, payment channels.   SHOULD be from Banking background with relevant experience in drafting contracts for Transaction Banking products ONLY.   Can also be from Law firms & MUST have worked on drafting contracts for Transaction Banking products ONLY.   Needless to say; a Law degree also.  Open for relocation candidates also
