- Provide commercial support for sales of products and services including primary responsibility for drafting, negotiating and coordinating customer facing agreements, including large master agreements with enterprise customers, terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements and customer software licenses.  - Draft, review and provide advice on legal and contractual aspects of a variety of complex products and services contracts.  - Provide frontline support for negotiations, respond to complex inquiries regarding existing contract obligations and revisions, identify risks and issues, with a solution oriented approach towards closure of transactions.  - Facilitate proper approval for non-legal terms such as finance, product and pricing terms which affect the deal.  - Reviews legal data and advises organization on appropriate legal action to be taken.  - Manage and advise the business units on legal and commercial risks associated with transactions, their potential impact and suggest mitigating actions.  - Advise on employment, media and editorial laws.  - Collaborate towards the development of compliance policies and actively channelize/communicate the dissemination of laws and regulations in India entities.  - Strategise, manage and co-ordinate litigation matters with external legal counsels.  - Oversee corporate secretarial responsibilities for which membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India is mandatory.  - LLB, C.S.  The candidate will be required to have the following skills, abilities and traits:  - Minimum 4-7 years Post qualification experience  - Strong experience in negotiating relevant agreements, support agreements, license agreements, confidentiality agreements and Master Agreements.  - Pragmatic, solutions-based approach to achieving business objectives in a legal and ethical manner  - Ability to interpret and apply laws to practical business scenarios  - Strong contract drafting and review skills with attention to detail  - Experience in handling contentious matters, including litigation and arbitration  - Skill in managing intellectual property rights, including content license  - Good understanding of employment law  - Strong written/verbal communications and interpersonal skills and an ability to work across diverse teams, within a multinational, matrixed organization.  - Good understanding of business law and high technology an asset.
