Managing, advising and strategizing all litigations (civil and criminal) and dispute resolution processes

Appointing, co-ordinating and strategizing with external lawyers across the country for all litigations (civil and criminal), dispute resolution process and specialized topics

Advising and rendering legal support to :

All Business Divisions, Division Legal Counsel, Group Companies and SAG (on specialized topics as per requirements)

Corporate Departments in drafting reviewing agreements, creating standard templates of agreements, purchase orders and specialized topics

Conducting trainings on specialized topics for Business Colleagues, Division Legal Counsel and Corporate Departments

Being actively involved in policy making decisions of the Company
