Legal Counsel, India - Leading enterprise software company seeks mid to senior-level attorney for New Delhi office to provide legal advice and support for corporate and commercial matters in India and neighboring countries.   - This position will report to the Director Contracts/ Legal Department in charge of the on-site support team and based in Germany and have primarily responsibility for managing legal matters in India and some neighboring countries.  - This person will be primarily responsible for supporting the sales, marketing and services organizations in India and some neighboring countries in connection with software licensing, services and other general commercial transactions.  Key Skills:  - Negotiate and draft software licenses, professional services and support agreements, NDAs, distribution agreements, and other software-related contracts.  - Support India-related aspects of group acquisitions and mergers, including post-acquisition or merger implementation in coordination with Corporate Legal team  Experience: 8 -12 years   Kindly apply if above skills are applicable.
