Legal Counsel - In House - IT

As an In- House Lawyer, you will act as a legal counselor for financial markets law, corporate law, civil law. You will be involved in preparation and assessment of capital market prospectuses, fund prospectuses, terms of issue etc. and also be involved in drafting of International contracts. You will directly report to the European office.

Skill Set

Knowledge of European civil law, corporate law, capital markets and financial products would be an added advantage.

Should be proactive, independent, flexible and interested in working in an international team.

Should have excellent English language skills (written and spoken).

Should be proficient in Indian civil and corporate law, capital markets and financial products.

The candidate should have a University degree in Law.

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Law
