Legal Counsel & CS - LLB - Media

Roles & Responsibilities include:

- Sole responsible for all key legal matters of the group

- Framing & Vetting contracts - Loan/ Pledge agreements, Purchase Agreements, NDAs, Auction Agreements etc.

- Conforming Compliances of organizational policies with applicable laws

- Represent the company in arbitration and litigation

- Ensure company compliance with Companies Act, 2013 in day-to-day matters

- Oversee year-end matters including Director Report, Notice etc.

- Ensure Secretarial compliances

Candidate should be:

- Professional Qualification: CS + LLB

- In-depth knowledge of Companies Act, 2013

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to learn

- Knowledge of international laws preferred
