Legal Counsel - Contracts & Agreements - LLB - FMCG/Retail/Mfg

This is regarding a job opportunity for the profile for Legal Counsel for contracts and agreements.

Job Location :- Bangalore

Skills Required :-

1. Competence in broad range of corporate and business laws, especially in both Indian domestic and trans-national commercial transaction and intellectual property.

2. 8 - 10 years or more of in-house legal experience with a multi-national company or a leading law firm environment is highly preferred. Experience working in a consumer-products, manufacturing, FMCG, e-commerce or retail business is preferred.

3. Competence in a broad range of Corporate &Business laws, Product laws, Commercial contracts, Intellectual Property Laws, Information Technology Law and Legal Metrology is required.

4. Extensive experience and strong skills in drafting and negotiating contracts;

5. Extensive experience in analyzing and responding to regulatory and compliance matters;

6. Excellent ability to analyze and assess business processes, spot issues and propose/implement solutions;

7. Ability to function autonomously yet communicate laterally and upwardly with ease;

8. Strong legal and business judgement;

9. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; and

10. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues and projects with diverse levels of management and employees.

Educations - LL.B. from a recognized university in India.
