Description  Role / Level - Legal Counsel  About the Company - Our Client is a Leading Global Company.  Work Location: Bangalore  Experience: 9 - 15 years  Role & Responsibilities:  - Excellent areas of experience and exposure with licensing and contract management, employment and litigation process.  - Assist the Clients Human Resources Team with employment agreements and policies.  - Strong experience in providing legally-sound advice to HR and senior management.  - Ensure compliance for all local entities, including the completion of requisite statutory filings;  - Advise on existing and new commercial ventures.  - Monitor legal risks associated with existing and new businesses.   - Advise on regulatory issues in relation to process to comply with existing laws.  Skills & Ability:  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Team Player  - Mature and commercially-oriented approach in handling employee and business advisory matters and problem-solving  - Well-organized approach to employee compliance management.  - Creative, poised and a sense of humor in dealing with ambiguity and unprecedented issues.
